What You'll Do:
- Performs inspections on products, including both surface mount and through hole PCBs, both manufactured and repaired, to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and data sheets on in-process and end-of-line inspection failures
- Performs first article inspections on products
- Reports results in a clear format on a regular basis
- Assists in identifying root cause and corrective actions and co-owns the implementation of corrective actions
- Reports quality issues to production supervisor or lead and maintains confidentiality
- May assist in training others
What You'll Bring:
-High School Diploma or Equivalent
-Minimum of one year of experience inspection experience in an electronic manufacturing environment inspecting electro-mechanical assemblies
What Sets You Apart:
- ASQ, CMI, CQA Certifications preferred
- Experience in a high mix/low volume, pull-based manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of IPC-610-A (or equivalent) and ISO processes
- Ability to interpret procedures and determine if non-conformities exist
- Knowledge and understanding of ESD practices
- Ability to interpret quality standards, specifications and drawings and apply them when evaluating product
- Ability to interact professionally with others on the team and support groups
- PC skills - basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Excel preferred
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Ability to work overtime as needed

Physical Requirements: 60% sitting, 20% walking, 20% standing, lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
