Title: Quality Control Inspector 

The Quality Control Inspector ensures that all products meet all quality standards before shipping. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following all safety and company guidelines.


Specific Duties/Essential Functions:

  • Inspect and test materials and products at various stages of production to ensure they meet established quality standards.
  • Identify and document defects or non-conformities and communicate findings to production teams and management.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct routine audits of manufacturing processes and documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and any corrective actions taken.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics, providing regular updates to management.
  • Performs additional tasks and responsibilities, as needed, to support team and business objectives.


 Role Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or inspection in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of and ability to use trade tools (i.e., micrometers, calipers, and go/no-go gages).
  • Read and interpret technical drawings
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds, while working in areas exposed to noise, dust, and temperature variations.
