Job Title: Quality Control Associate
Location: Dallasโ€“Fort Worth (DFW) Airport Area, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
The Quality Control Associate is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of outbound shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment near the DFW Airport. This role plays a critical part in verifying that all orders are complete, correctly picked, properly packaged, and meet customer and company standards before leaving the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and verify outbound orders for accuracy, including item count, product type, labeling, and packaging.
  • Compare shipments against pick tickets, packing slips, and system records to ensure correctness.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, or damaged items prior to shipment.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, picking, and packing teams to address and correct issues quickly.
  • Ensure all shipments meet company quality standards, customer specifications, and carrier requirements.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of quality checks and discrepancies.
  • Assist in investigating recurring errors and support process improvements.
  • Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and compliance with shipping procedures.
  • Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures.
  • Support overall warehouse operations as needed, including assisting with packing or staging shipments during high-volume periods.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1โ€“3 years of warehouse, shipping, or quality control experience preferred.
  • Experience in a high-volume warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or shipping systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
  • Basic math and data entry skills.
