Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead / Supervisor with a broad range of operational skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple areas of warehouse operations and be comfortable leading while actively participating in daily activities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and support daily warehouse operations Manage and maintain inventory control processes Perform and support ICQA (Inventory Control & Quality Assurance) Lead and assist with production line activities Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and productivity across operations Support team members and help drive continuous improvement Qualifications: Strong knowledge of overall warehouse operations Experience with inventory management and quality control Ability to lead while remaining hands-on in day-to-day tasks Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Good communication and team leadership abilities Ideal Candidate: A proactive leader who understands the full scope of warehouse operations and is willing to be involved in both supervision and execution of daily tasks.
