Job Title:  Sample Coordinator/Design Assistant  

Compensation: $45K-60K

Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and proactive Sample Coordinator to manage our product sample inventory, with the opportunity to grow into a Designer role. The ideal candidate will oversee the intake, tracking, and distribution of samples, while maintaining organization and supporting both the sales and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

·       Sample Tracking & Management: Receive, unpack, catalog, and track all incoming product samples, maintaining a detailed, up-to-date logbook or inventory system.

·       Showroom Support: Prepare, organize, and maintain the showroom for buyer appointments, sales meetings, or marketing photo shoots.

·       Confirmation and TOP’s- Responsible for confirmation processing and TOP approvals.

·       Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure they have the necessary samples for production, marketing, and sales meetings. 

·       Sketch, CAD work, and creating specs and tech packs for the   manufacturing team overseas

·       Create and manage seasonal brand line sheets

·       Assist designers with Spec sheets and sketch requests.

Qualifications

·       Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sample management, inventory management, or a fashion/creative production environment.

·       Skills: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), Photoshop and Illustrator.

·       Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with vendors and internal departments.

·       Bachelor degree in design or related design experience.

·       Ability to research market trends and competitive shopping.

·       Hand sketching ability a plus.
