Position Overview
Our By Light Implementation team, the premier provider of innovative Information Technology (IT) services and communications support to the Department of Defense and Federal Agencies is growing. We're increasing our team to support the US Army Comprehensive Modernization (COMPMOD). The program includes conducting survey and design, engineer, furnish, install, secure, and test (EFIS&T) solutions to include non-secure internet protocol router (NIPR), secure internet protocol router (SIPR), Wi-Fi, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Inside Plant (ISP), Outside Plant (OSP), and Voice Modernization at U.S. Army Base/Post/Camp/Station (B/P/C/S) across the Continental United States (CONUS).
The Quality Control Manager (QC Manager) is instrumental in overseeing the quality assurance processes within an organization. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP)
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Summarize service requirements into performance objectives that relate directly to mission essential items
- Develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of defective services.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data.
- Lead and train quality control teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to quality issues.
- Maintain detailed records of quality control operations.
