QUALITY CONTROL: WHERE ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST.THE OPPORTUNITYUnder the direction of the Production Supervisor and Lead, this role is accountable for monitoring and ensuring quality control for garments produced in Embroidery. You will communicate with team members when garments are imperfect and need to be redone, then fold, tag, box, count, record styles and quantities, and prepare garments for shipping.This is a hands-on night-shift production role for someone with a keen eye for detail, reliable follow-through, and pride in quality. Your work helps protect Lakeshirts standards and keeps orders moving accurately from Embroidery to the next step.PAY + SCHEDULELocation: Detroit Lakes, MN. This is a full-time, onsite role.Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:00 AM.Pay: $17.00 per hour.Growth: This role can build skills in embroidery quality control, garment inspection, order accuracy, production workflow, folding, counting, and shipping preparation.
