As a quality control manager, your responsibilities are to ensure that your company’s products are up to industry standards by inspecting items and overseeing the efficiency of production and manufacturing processes. Your job duties as a quality control manager include coordinating between company management and production departments, implementing strategies to maximize employee efforts, and evaluating processes on manufacturing and production lines.
