We are looking for a Quality Assurance & Control Support Specialist to work with the Quality Control Manager (QCM) and our fabrication department. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated project managers, tradesmen, service techs and engineers, we’re interested in meeting you.
Duties:
  • Provide administrative support to the QCM, including document tracking, logging, and material traceability
  • Record and verify heat numbers to ensure complete material traceability
  • Maintain organized Quality Control documentation and inspection records
  • Prepare and compile Quality Assurance packages for customer and project submittals
  • Support shop-floor quality standards in coordination with the QCM
  • Assist with continuous improvement of Quality Control processes and procedures
  • Support internal and external audits as needed
  • Provide daily support to the QCM to ensure efficient execution of QA/QC processes
Skills & Experience:
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, process piping, HVAC, and plumbing systems
  • Understanding of welding processes and fabrication quality requirements preferred
  • Highly proficient in Excel, including data entry, validation, and basic reporting
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new quality systems, databases, and digital workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 for QA/QC documentation and tracking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordination with quality, fabrication, and project teams
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of QA-QC experience preferred
