What You'll Do- Lead all Quality Control activities from project startup through completion
- Manage inspections, audits, testing, and quality documentation
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, contracts, and project standards
- Serve as the primary quality liaison with clients and project teams
- Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and subcontractors
- Identify issues early and drive effective corrective actions
- Maintain the highest standards of workmanship, compliance, and project execution
Required Qualifications✅ Texas Professional Engineer (PE) License
or Graduate of an ABET-Accredited Engineering Program
✅ USACE CQCSM Certification
✅ 6+ Years of Construction Quality Management Experience
✅ 2+ Years of Structural Concrete Experience
✅ 2+ Years of Structural Backfill Experience
