Our By Light Implementation team, the premier provider of innovative Information Technology (IT) services and communications support to the Department of Defense and Federal Agencies is growing. We’re increasing our team to support the US Army Comprehensive Modernization (COMPMOD).  The program includes conducting survey and design, engineer, furnish, install, secure, and test (EFIS&T) solutions to include non-secure internet protocol router (NIPR), secure internet protocol router (SIPR), Wi-Fi, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Inside Plant (ISP), Outside Plant (OSP), and Voice Modernization at  U.S. Army Base/Post/Camp/Station (B/P/C/S) across the Continental United States (CONUS).  

The Quality Control Manager (QC Manager) is instrumental in overseeing the quality assurance processes within an organization. In this role, you are tasked with developing quality testing protocols, conducting audits, and ensuring that all products or services meet specific regulatory and company standards. Identifies and resolves quality issues but also works proactively to establish preventive measures with a goal of ensuring optimal product quality, enhancing customer satisfaction and minimizing waste and production costs


  • Develop and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP)
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
  • Summarize service requirements into performance objectives that relate directly to mission essential items
  • Develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of defective services.
