L'Associe(e) aux ventes internes est le premier point de contact avec les clients et est responsable de la vente d'un portefeuille de produits d'automatisation pour pharmacies ainsi que du soutien aux solutions technologiques de pharmacie (logiciels Rx et POS). Le role vise a developper les ventes, generer des opportunites d'affaires et gerer les relations clients a travers le Quebec, en collaboration avec l'equipe des ventes.

Principales responsabilites
  • Effectuer des appels de prospection et des rencontres virtuelles afin de vendre des solutions technologiques aux pharmacies.
  • Developper et gerer un portefeuille de clients, tout en identifiant de nouvelles opportunites d'affaires.
  • Adopter une approche consultative pour comprendre les besoins des clients et les accompagner dans le cycle de vente.
  • Collaborer avec les equipes des ventes, du marketing et de la gestion pour atteindre les objectifs de croissance.
  • Participer a des salons et evenements de l'industrie afin de generer des ventes et accroitre les parts de marche.
  • Maintenir les donnees et opportunites a jour dans Salesforce (CRM).
  • Repondre aux demandes des clients et agir comme lien avec les equipes internes.
Exigences et competences
  • Experience en vente (un atout).
  • Aisance avec les technologies, Microsoft Office et Salesforce.
  • Excellentes habiletes en communication, presentation et relations interpersonnelles.
  • Aptitudes en organisation, gestion du temps et travail dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Connaissances en marketing numerique (un atout).

The Inside Sales Associate acts as the first point of contact with customers, portraying a professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate customer experience. They own a dedicated segment of Automation products, while also maintaining an overall understanding of our full portfolio of solutions, to best support customer needs. This role is responsible for individual sales/revenue, in supporting 2 business units in the Technology Solutions division: Automation and Solutions Technologiques de Pharmacies (STP). The Inside Sales Associate works collaboratively with our QC sales team in a lead generation capacity for larger Automation technologies and pharmacy software systems (Rx & POS). The successful candidate must be a self-starter who can work autonomously, multi-task, and organizing themselves to be most effective. All duties must be performed consistently with McKesson's I2CARE and LEADRx shared principles.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for selling solutions through a high volume of daily outbound calls, virtual customer meetings, and managing customer relationships.
  • Directly prospect and sell to small-medium sized pharmacies throughout the province of Quebec, a dedicated portfolio of Automation products.
  • Independently contact existing and prospective customers, identifying needs, presenting products that would most benefit the customer, and guiding them through the sales cycle while taking a consultative approach.
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team (both inside and outside) to execute sales strategy and attain collective team goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of the solutions they sell directly, while also maintaining strong overall knowledge of all solutions throughout our division, for lead generation purposes.
  • Supports inbound sales phone line and email, engaging with customers in a timely manner.
  • Liaison between customers and internal departments for enquiries, customer concerns, and special projects.
  • Participate in industry tradeshows to generate sales opportunities, close net-new revenue, and increase market share for the business.
  • Works closely with Sales Management and Marketing team on digital marketing initiatives, engaging with opportunities and ensuring they are tracked properly for ROI purposes.
  • Take part in on-going training, staying up to date on products/solutions and corporate initiatives.
  • Maintain CRM.
  • Performs other duties/projects as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • Experience in a previous sales role an asset.
  • Good level of comfort with technology and systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that are both persuasive and conducive to strong long-term relationships.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with comfort in giving presentations.
  • Well organized with strong time management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment.
  • Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office applications and CRM programs (Salesforce).
  • Digital marketing knowledge an asset.
  • Strong bilingualism an asset (French & English).
  • Enrolled in University program

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
