Le stagiaire CFTR participe à une formation pratique en conduite de camion sous la supervision d’un mentor qualifié. Le stage vise à développer les compétences de conduite sécuritaire ainsi que la maîtrise des inspections de véhicules conformément aux normes de l’industrie du transport routier.
Lieu: Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC

Horaire: selon les requis de la Formation
Responsabilités principales

  • Pratiquer la conduite de camion accompagné d’un mentor ou formateur ;
  • Effectuer les inspections avant départ et après trajet ;
  • Vérifier l’état général du véhicule et signaler toute anomalie ;
  • Respecter les règles de sécurité routière et les politiques de l’entreprise ;
  • Appliquer les procédures et consignes du mentor durant la formation pratique.
Exigences du poste
  • Avoir terminé les 9 modules de la Formation CFTR;  
  • Détenir un permis valide ou les autorisations requises pour la formation;
  • Intérêt pour le domaine du transport routier ;
  • Attitude professionnelle et volonté d’apprentissage ;
  • Capacité à suivre les consignes et à travailler de façon sécuritaire.

CFTR Trainee 
Job Summary
The CFTR trainee participates in practical truck driving training under the supervision of a qualified mentor. The purpose of the training is to develop safe driving skills and proficiency in vehicle inspections in accordance with road transportation industry standards.
Location: Vaudreuil-Dorion
Salary: to be discussed
Work shift: to be determined according to the training requirements  
Main Responsibilities
  • Practice truck driving under the guidance of a mentor or trainer;
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections;
  • Check the overall condition of the vehicle and report any issues or abnormalities;
  • Follow road safety regulations and company policies;
  • Apply the mentor’s instructions and procedures during practical training.
Job Requirements
  • Have completed CFTR's 9 modules; 
  • Hold a valid driver’s license or the required authorizations for training;
  • Interest in the transportation and trucking industry;
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn;
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
