              Requirements<\/h3>\n

              • Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with Professional Engineers Ontario, Architect with the Ontario Association of Architects, or equivalent registration with OACETT or AATO, in good standing.

              • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
                <\/span><\/li>\n
              • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification - required (not an asset); formal ISO quality auditor training must be successfully completed prior to appointment.

              • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering, including substantial QA\/QC experience on major construction or federal infrastructure projects of similar size and complexity.
                <\/span><\/li>\n
              • Field experience on complex construction sites and large scale government infrastructure projects.
                <\/span><\/li>\n
              • Strong knowledge of applicable standards and codes (e.g., CSA, ASTM, ACI, ISO standards).

              • Excellent understanding of QA\/QC processes and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
