Job Title: Egg Warehouse Quality Technician
Summary Carries out monitoring protocols in Egg room and Breeder Farms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Understands poultry production practices.
Schedules and conducts Warehouse monitoring and evaluates Breeder Farms egg pact.
Records result from egg pact QC and distributes report.
Assists in getting samples to the State Lab.
Assist in building maintenance, and sanitation.
Makes sure the Breeder manager is notified immediately of flocks that are out of standard.
Understands animal welfare policy.
Helps in preparing eggs for shipping.
Inspect warehouse equipment for cleanliness and safety.
Other jobs as assigned.
