Our manufacturing site in Flowery Branch Georgia is actively searching a Senior Quality Technician - Quality Control. This position will be responsible for assisting with the implementation and administration of the quality management system and ensuring products are manufactured per quality and regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Job Description
  • Perform product and component releases, including batch record review
  • Conduct sampling, testing, inspections, and visual checks of components and finished goods
  • Identify, document, and ensure proper containment of deviations and non‑conformances
  • Support quality investigations, non‑conformance reporting, and corrective actions
  • Ensure complete, accurate, and timely quality documentation
  • Create, maintain, and update quality documentation such as SOPs and work instructions
  • Actively participate in audits, production walk‑throughs, and safety and quality initiatives
  • Analyze and interpret quality‑related data and contribute to continuous improvement activities
  • Other duties may be assigned by the Quality Management
Qualifications
  • High school graduate and technical training / apprenticeship in a laboratory, life science or a related field
  • Several years of work experience in a regulated and industrial work environment
  • Experience in a quality related role and first experience leading / mentoring teams
  • Knowledge of ISO standards in the medical device and pharma related field and how to apply them for system compliance
  • Technical aptitude to understand and operate / execute test method’s and laboratory test equipment
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and database software
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences
