Job description

Previous Barback Experience Required - This is not a bartending position.
Barbacks are responsible for:
  • Keeping the bar fully stocked & preparing garnishes.
  • Quality control.
  • Refilling juice bottles, fruit trays, & ice wells.
  • Restocking liquor bottles, straws, napkins, & cups.
  • Changing out kegs during the shift (must be able to lift 50ibs).
  • Batching large quantities of cocktails.
  • Following recipe guidelines while batching.
  • Keeping the bar and surrounding area clean during service.
  • Opening and closing the bar.
  • Communicating directly with bartenders and management.
  • Unloading truck orders.
  • Organizing bar, storage, and prep areas.
  • Following directions established by management.
