Job description

Ideal Ready Mix is hiring a Quality Control Technician to help ensure our concrete products meet the highest standards.
What You'll Do:
  • Test and sample concrete (air, slump, moisture, ect.)
  • Monitor daily production for quality
  • Develop and adjust mix designs
  • Visit job sites and work with customers/ teams
  • Keep records and maintain lab equipment

Requirements
  • Iowa DOT Level II certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Aggregate Technician Certified
  • PCC Level I Certified
  • PCC Level II Certified
  • Valid driver's license
  • Comfortable working outdoors and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible to work some nights/ weekends
