Gridsource is seeking an OSP Construction Supervisor in Georgetown, SC!
Salary: $60k, depending on experience
In this role, you will oversee daily operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, solid experience in construction management, and a thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety practices.
What You'll Do
  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
  • Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors.
  • Schedule and coordinate construction crews and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control assessments.
  • Resolve conflicts or disputes that arise during construction.
  • Monitor and control project budgets and expenses.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate daily records of production and activity.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures.
What You'll Need
