Job description

The Quality Assurance Associate ensures items, orders, and systems meet established quality standards by conducting audits, identifying non-conformances, and recommending improvements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Ensures items, orders, and systems meet established quality standards by conducting audits, identifying nonconformances, and recommending improvements.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Examines and compares merchandise against the order ticket specifications once personalization is complete to verify the order has been completed properly before forwarding to Shipping for packing.
  • Attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret order tickets, and a strong commitment to quality are essential.
  • Assists the department in achieving the accuracy goal of less than 2%.
  • Develops and maintains daily, weekly, and other reports related to Production quality.
  • Communicates with the supervisor on problems and needs.
  • Develops and relays improvements to the supervisor.
  • Promotes teamwork.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

  • Ability to lift and move 25lb totes regularly throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a shift.
