🕒 3rd shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, (Training on 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Job Summary
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate / Inspector to join our team in the healthcare packaging industry. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products meet strict quality and regulatory standards during overnight production.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect in-process and finished products to ensure they meet specifications
  • Perform precise measurements (down to 1/64 inch) using rulers and tools
  • Conduct tensile, seal strength, and visual inspections
  • Verify color accuracy and product consistency
  • Identify and communicate defects to production teams for correction
  • Accurately complete inspection records, labeling, and documentation
  • Package finished goods for shipment
  • Follow all cleanroom procedures and PPE requirements
  • Safely handle and test materials such as films, foils, and chemicals
Qualifications
  • Experience in quality control, inspection, or laboratory work (preferred)
  • Ability to perform detailed measurements and repetitive tasks
  • Experience in fast-paced environments (manufacturing, production, or food service)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Reliable attendance and transportation
