Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Quality Control Associate to join our team in Mokena, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for performing continuous quality testing and inspections to ensure products meet organizational standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will possess minimum of 3+ years of Quality Control experience in food manufacturing, reliable transportation and availability to work the required schedule, and preferably bilingual or English-speaking. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $20/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 3 to 6 days per week, including weekends

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Promote and enforce cleanliness and safe working conditions among staff.
  • Identify, document, and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
  • Lead safety training programs for employees to minimize risks related to food safety and workplace hazards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance.
  • Collect and analyze samples regularly for shelf life and quality assessments.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control Supervisor on product specifications and production issues.
  • Report production bottlenecks and quality concerns to management.
  • Conduct calibration of measurement and testing equipment and perform internal audits professionally.
  • Mentor and guide team members to uphold quality standards.
  • Verify the proper functioning of measuring instruments and coordinate repairs when necessary.
  • Approve finished products for shipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Coordinate with government agencies during inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor raw materials to prevent the use of expired or substandard ingredients.
  • Review and update quality control policies and procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and feedback.
