Full Time, Monday - Friday

Shift: 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Shift 3:30PM - 12:00AM

Location: Romeoville IL

Starting Pay: $20.00/hr with OT as needed.


Job Overview:

The purpose of this position is to oversee the daily operation of assigned warehouse function/department(s) to ensure compliance with Fusion policies and procedures through safely verifying product quantity, quality, and efficiency.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Perform quality inspections on inbound, outbound, and cross-docked shipments.
  • Verify product quantities, item numbers, lot numbers, serial numbers, and packaging against customer documentation.
  • Inspect freight for damages, shortages, overages, and labelling errors.
  • Ensure compliance with customer-specific handling and shipping requirements.
  • Audit order picking and packing accuracy before shipment.
  • Verify pallet configurations, stretch wrap quality, and lead stability.
  • Confirm proper labelling, barcodes, and shipping documentation.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
  • Conduct cycle counts and inventory accuracy audits.
  • Ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations.
  • Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
  • Communicate quality trends and recurring issues to management.
  • Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, inventory control, and operations to resolve quality concerns.
  • Dealing with day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

  • Maintains composure under pressure.
  • Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience with order fulfillment tasks and tools. Pallet jack, tape gun, box cutters, sealers, scale.
