What You'll Do:
The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate reporting of inventory through cycle counts and quality control verification.
  • Read work orders and receive verbal instructions for work assignments
  • Review spreadsheets to locate new products that will be arriving in the facility
  • Slot items and maintain correct minimum and maximum pick amounts based on the type and velocity of the product
  • Assist departments with quality control issues including: out-of-date product, new minimum and maximum pick amounts and products affected by manufacturer defects
  • Prepare product to be distributed for close-out based on specific reports
  • Perform functions, accountabilities and supporting activities while complying with safety procedures, rules and regulations including GMP guidelines
  • Candidate must have reliable transportation, flexible schedule, solid attendance and a positive, professional attitude
Requirements

  • Candidate must have the ability to read, write and understand English, including identifying numbers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and follow up skills
  • Extraordinary attention to detail and good time-management
  • Independent problem solving skills
  • Work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient computer skills, Google preferred
  • Experience with Infor, preferred
