Job description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated ISO 9001/CNC Associate to join our 1st Shift team. This is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values safety, teamwork, and quality. You’ll support assembly department, maintain production flow, and ensure products meet company standards.

Responsibilities:
 
  1. Maintained and enhanced the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, including document control, internal audits, corrective actions, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
  2. Coordinated shipping and receiving operations by preparing documentation, verifying incoming materials against purchase orders, and ensuring accurate and timely outbound shipments.
  3. Managed inventory control processes, including cycle counts, physical inventories, and ERP system transactions to ensure accuracy of raw materials and finished goods.
  4. Supported sales and customer service functions by preparing quotations, processing orders, and providing timely updates on delivery schedules and order status.
  5. Provided administrative support to executive leadership by generating reports, maintaining organized records, coordinating meetings, and assisting with daily operational activities.
Schedule:  
  1. Monday - Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
  2. Over-Time As Needed
 
Pay: 
  1. $23.00/hr - $26.00/hr
