Our work spans key service areas including Strategic Planning, Vendor Selection & Management, Process Design, Systems Implementation, and Organizational Change.

What you'll be doing:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to pharmaceutical and life sciences clients, aligning engagement objectives with business priorities across the product lifecycle
  • Lead complex engagements spanning areas such as commercialization strategy, launch planning, operating model design, and transformation initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across functions (e.g., Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, R&D, and Operations)
  • Drive execution of client initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables and measurable business impact
  • Identify emerging client needs and industry trends (e.g., market access pressures, digital transformation, evolving regulatory landscape) and translate them into new opportunities
  • Contribute to business development efforts by expanding existing accounts and supporting new client acquisition
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering ownership, growth, and a collaborative culture

What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree with 6-8+ years of experience at a leading consulting firm (life sciences-focused consulting experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience leading engagements within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain, including drug development, commercialization, market access, and lifecycle management
  • Experience in one or more of Vynamic's core service areas, with application in pharma contexts:
    • Strategic Planning (e.g., portfolio strategy, launch readiness)
    • Vendor Selection & Management (e.g., outsourcing models, partner ecosystems)
    • Process Design (e.g., commercial operations, medical affairs processes)
    • Systems Implementation (e.g., CRM, data & analytics platforms)
    • Organizational Change (e.g., transformations, operating model shifts)
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and advise senior client stakeholders
  • Proven ability to identify, shape, and convert business development opportunities
