Located in Antioch, TN
Salary Range: $110K - $115K Per Year ; Based On Experience

Qualifications:
• Must have Tennessee RN license
• Must have long term care/skilled nursing experience
• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies, performance improvement processes, and relevant regulations.
• The ability to critically review records, identify trends, and assess compliance.
• The ability to effectively communicate with staff, patients, and families.
• Experience with EHR systems
• Experience in risk management in a skilled nursing facility
• Knowledge of healthcare liability and risk management practices

Quality Assurance / Risk Management Nurse Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Nurse ensures the quality and safety of patient care by monitoring, evaluating, and improving healthcare practices. This role involves auditing medical records, assessing adherence to regulations and policies, and collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Coordinate data gathering functions of risk management as well as analyze and draw conclusion from the data gathered. Follow-up and monitoring of plans of correction for identified risk areas.
Facilitate prevention programs. Provide input into the continuous development of the risk management program.
