What You'll Do
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you'll provide leadership, guidance, and direction for all quality assurance activities at the Terre Haute ELS facility. You'll help ensure customer expectations are met while driving operational excellence, process improvement, and compliance with global quality standards in an automotive-focused manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead all site-level quality assurance activities and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with ENTEK global quality standards and customer expectations
  • Support and improve quality systems, processes, and operational procedures
  • Provide leadership for problem-solving and corrective action activities
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on quality, efficiency, and operational performance
  • Manage third-party audits, including IATF, VDA, customer, and supplier audits
  • Promote accountability and ownership of KPI performance across teams
  • Lead quality education, coaching, and development initiatives for operational employees
  • Mentor and develop quality team members and direct reports
  • Ensure issues are addressed quickly and effectively to minimize operational impact
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, suppliers, and customers to support quality objectives
  • Participate in budget planning and capital investment discussions related to quality initiatives
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with ENTEK's core values

Requirements
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a strong quality leader with automotive manufacturing experience, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to lead high-performing teams in a dynamic production environment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate's degree (minimum two-year degree) and at least five (5) years of quality experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of AIAG Core Tools, IATF, and VDA requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret technical procedures, regulations, and quality documentation
  • Experience developing and leading quality systems and process improvements
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and disciplines simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Science
  • Ten (10) years of experience in a strong automotive quality role
  • Korean or Japanese language proficiency
  • Experience with Minitab or similar statistical analysis software

Your Work Schedule
This is a full-time, exempt position with working hours based on operational needs. Occasional travel may be required.
