Job description

Zing Recruiting is partnering with a is a major industrial manufacturing company that develops rubber, plastics, and material-based components used in automotive, industrial, and infrastructure applications. We are currently seeking 2nd and 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to join the team. 

Shifts:  
2nd shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
3rd shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Monday through Friday 
Pay: $33.77/hr. 
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete repairs to minimize production downtime.

  • Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure machines operate safely and efficiently.

  • Install, adjust, and test new equipment or replacement parts.

  • Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and repair documentation.

  • Work with production, engineering, and operations teams to identify and resolve equipment issues.

  • Follow safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and company maintenance standards.

  • Assist with equipment upgrades, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

  • Blueprint and schematic reading

  • 2–3years of maintenance or mechanical experience in manufacturing, facilities, or industrial environments

  • Experience working with production equipment and machinery
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
