  • Work directly with the Program Manager to develop QA surveillance strategies, goals, tasks, roles, responsibilities, and information needs
  • Serve as the CHS-6 program’s QA lead for planning, work product reviews, and quality audits
  • Implement and maintain the Quality Assurance Program Plan (QAPP)
  • Analyze post-delivery reports, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions for procedural, product, or process deficiencies
  • Establish and streamline processes across multiple technical areas
  • Facilitate Lean Six Sigma improvement events addressing complex technical issues and developing streamlined processes and technical solutions
  • Support Power BI dashboards monitoring contractor performance, inventory levels, and compliance with SLA and PWS requirements
  • Analyze military installation POC survey feedback and identify contractor satisfaction trends and drivers
  • Conduct root cause analysis of service delivery issues and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Produce ad hoc data analyses and reports for program leadership and external stakeholders
  • Identify performance trends affecting program effectiveness, delivery orders, business operations systems, and regional service delivery
  • Support integration of Lean improvement solutions for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
  • Support Quality Management Reviews and report quality achievements and progress toward objectives to higher-level management
  • Update the Tailored Process Baseline (TPB)
  • Review and provide input to program plans and documents supporting accurate, timely CHS-6 deliverables
  • Execute scheduled quality audits, report results to program leadership, and generate corrective action requests
  • Maintain the Common Audit Database (CAD) with timely updates and closures
  • Support external AS9100 audits at two site locations, including on-site readiness, audits, and pre-DCMA audits/inspections
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 2+ years prior relevant experience
  • US citizenship
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance
  • Quality assurance experience in a procurement environment
  • Experience supporting program functions by identifying risks, researching technical issues, and gathering information for PMO-level decision-making and program-level strategic planning
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise in quality assurance and development of business operating processes and procedures aligned with industry best practices
  • Demonstrated detailed analysis experience to mitigate risk and resolve operational issues and critical processes
  • Demonstrated experience with reporting regulations and improvement events enhancing operational compliance
  • Experience implementing ISO 9001/AS9100 Quality Management Systems
  • Experience conducting quality audits and preparing for external certification
  • Experience with SharePoint and MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Industry certification is desirable
  • Familiarity with procurement/warehousing processes is a plus
