We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to support our SAP SuccessFactors implementation project within the higher education sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the successful deployment of SuccessFactors modules including:
  • Employee Central
  • Recruiting
  • Performance & Goals
  • and Learning Management.

This role requires strong analytical skills to validate system configurations, identify defects, document issues clearly, and collaborate closely with functional consultants, technical developers, and university stakeholders to ensure the solution meets complex higher education requirements such as academic calendars, faculty management, tenure tracking, and compliance with institutional policies.
The QA Analyst should have experience with HR systems testing, preferably in SAP SuccessFactors or similar cloud-based platforms, understand higher education HR processes, and possess excellent communication skills to translate technical findings for diverse audiences including HR administrators, IT teams, and end-users across campus departments.
