The Quality Inspector plays a key role at the end of the assembly line, working closely with machine operators to ensure that all products meet established quality standards. This position focuses on visual inspection, accurate packaging, and palletizing of finished goods, as well as coordinating with shipping personnel to move products efficiently through the facility.

Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed visual inspections of products at the end of the assembly line to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Package finished products, including taping and labeling, in accordance with established procedures.
  • Palletize products safely and efficiently, preparing them for transfer to the shipping department.
  • Partner with machine operators throughout the shift to monitor product output and address quality concerns in real time.
  • Collaborate with shippers to ensure timely and accurate movement of finished goods.
  • Work primarily in a seated position while performing repetitive inspection and packaging tasks.
  • Move between different assembly and operating lines as needed to support production demands.
  • Maintain a consistent work pace and attention to detail during repetitive tasks.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by communicating clearly and professionally with coworkers.
