Looking for More Than a Traditional Warehouse Job?

Zibiz Corporation is an established technology company located in Hauppauge, NY. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Technical Warehouse & Quality Associate to join our team.

This is not a traditional heavy-duty warehouse job.

You’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled indoor environment handling specialized, lightweight technical products. There is no routine heavy pallet handling or forklift operation.

The position combines hands-on work with computers and technology. In addition to shipping, receiving and order fulfillment, you’ll learn quality inspection, basic product testing, inventory management and ERP processing.

Technical or fiber optic experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person.

What You’ll DoQuality Inspection & Product Support
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing technical products
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, labeling and product configuration
  • Perform basic product testing following established procedures
  • Identify and report quality issues or discrepancies
  • Maintain inspection and testing records
  • Learn company products and quality requirements
Warehouse & Fulfillment
  • Pick and prepare customer orders
  • Carefully pack technical products for shipment
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments
  • Organize and maintain inventory

Shipping & ERP Processing
  • Process customer shipments
