Job description

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in effective quality management systems with the coordination of QA Manager.
  • Assist in maintaining quality standards, policies and related systems that will ensure minimal defects in product and minimal waste of resources.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently in containing quality issues or complaints.
  • Assist all associates in all other departments.
  • Facilitate successful continuous improvement activities.
  • Provide company-wide leadership towards successful TS-16949 efforts.
  • Conduct audits of all product lines as well as suppliers.
  • Utilize Statistical Process Control.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3-6 months quality environment
  • TS -16949 experience preferred
  • CMM and Datamyte experience preferred
  • Stamping and resistance welding experience preferred
  • Automotive industry experience preferred
