TotalCare is a fast growing, tech-enabled multi-specialty medical group providing services in primary care, urgent care, and aesthetics to 100,000+ patients/year in the greater Los Angeles area. We are looking for an Operations Lead to assist with day-to-day operations across all our clinics. This is an essential role at one of the top medical groups in Southern California with significant growth potential as we continue to expand. You will work closely with the Managing Director, Chief of Staff, and the Clinic Leads to support our providers and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily patient schedules across all of our clinics (6 locations) and help distribute patient load across clinics evenly
  • Monitor call center performance including overall volumes, drop rates, and wait times
  • Monitor clinical inbox and ensure that all requests (e.g. refills, authorization requests) are being reviewed promptly
  • Track any outstanding inventory or facility issues and follow up with vendors for prompt resolution
  • Conduct in-person audits of each physical clinic periodically to ensure quality
  • Assist with HR tasks as needed such as payroll, performance reviews, and event planning
  • Work closely with the Chief of Staff to execute new initiatives to meet operational performance goals
