This position is based on-site in Parsippany, NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.


MAIN FUNCTION:

· Assist in the processing of incoming material and products

· Record inspection/test results in departmental databases or spreadsheets

· Assist in the processing of returned products/parts back to their respective suppliers

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High school diploma

· 1 – 3 years administrative/operations experience

· Ability to communicate effectively in English.

· Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite.

· Working knowledge of ERP systems; Epicor a plus

WORKING CONDITIONS:

The work environment characteristics are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Job functions of this job require the ability to lift a box up to 35 lbs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. · Use available resources, including PNY’s ERP system, to properly identify components and assemblies, and their approval status.

· Print and apply labels to identify accepted product to go to stock

· Transfer products/parts to specified locations in PNY’s ERP system.

· Input all inspection/testing results into electronic databases and or spreadsheets in a timely and accurate manner.

· Provide support as needed to perform special audits, inventory counts/purges, and data entries to facilitate analyses.

· Assist in other areas, as assigned.
