Job description

Job Overview

Under the direction of the Quality Manager, the candidate will ensure compliance with company Quality Management Systems and customer requirements in accordance with ISO 13485, and provide quality engineering support to manufacturing.

What You Get to Do
  • Assist with process validations (IQ, OQ, & PQ) and product validations per customer requirements and ISOโ€‘11607.
  • Support manufacturing units by analyzing failures, preventive and corrective action processes related to internal and external issues.
  • Facilitate Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).
  • Perform Design of Experiments (DOE).
  • Track, trend and report quality metrics.
  • Lead continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system (e.g., 5S, Kaizen lean methods).
  • Support the implementation and sustaining of statistical process controls (SPC).
  • Assist with the engineering change order process.
  • Assist the Quality Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.
  • Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audit finding reports and determining proper corrective and preventive actions.
