Shipping Warehouse Associate – Job Summary

PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION IN FULL.  SERIOUS ENQUIRIES ONLY.  
This is a full-time Shipping Warehouse Associate position focused on shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations. This role is perfect for someone with at least two years of hands-on experience in warehouse management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. Strong attention to detail is a must. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate shipments with carriers, freight companies, and forwarders
  • Schedule shipments and oversee truck loading/unloading
  • Verify shipping documents and maintain shipping records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Pick, pack, scan, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Generate shipping labels and shipping reports
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and product quality
  • Assist with quarterly physical inventories
  • Wrap and band pallets when required
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and shelf pickers
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Required Qualifications

  • ·         Strong attention to detail is a must
  • ·         Minimum 2 years in a warehouse, transportation, or distribution environment 
  • ·         Forklift certification/license 
  • ·         Strong communication and teamwork skills 
  • ·         Ability to perform accurate calculations 
  • ·         Experience with inventory systems and warehouse equipment preferred
