Job Description
  • Understands business processes.
  • Communicate design to all stakeholders and act as the liaison between business unit business analysts, developers and project management groups.
  • Delivers clear and regular communication (written and verbal) - to ensure development teams and stakeholders are kept up to date with work status, test plans, test cases, defects, bugs and resolution of issues.
  • Participates in research, process flow analysis, internal assessments and audits as required.
  • Creates, revises, and verifies quality standards and test procedures to attain quality software economically and efficiently.
  • Create Quality Plans for technology projects and assess current processes for Quality Assurance opportunities.
  • Perform regression testing on all software products for every iteration and/or release.
  • Present test results to the project teams and business/IT leaders.
  • Document and maintain test plans and acceptance criteria in Team Foundation Server (TFS).
Qualifications
  • Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Technical degree in Computer Science/Software Development/Project Management (or equivalent combination of education and minimum 5+ year's web/software QA/QC experience). 
  • 2-3 years experience in Quality Management Software and Processes required.
  • 2 years of Web Application testing experience required.
  • 2-3 years of Agile experience required.
  • 2+ years experience with MS Office; Word, Access, Excel, VISIO, SharePoint is required
  • 2+ years of Relational Database w/SQL experience is desired.
  • 1+ year of Team Foundation Server (TFS) experience is desired
