The Qualified Success Architect / Sr. Success Architect will own the successful implementation and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform for new and existing customers. You'll be living on the cutting edge of the next generation of sales and marketing technology, and will work with our customers to transform their sales and marketing processes to leverage the power of conversational marketing.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead customers through the successful onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Qualified Agentic Marketing Platform and Piper the AI SDR Agent

  • Partner with customer stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable inbound pipeline generation strategies

  • Architect and implement Qualified solutions that integrate deeply with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, routing workflows, and GTM systems

  • Guide customers through the configuration and optimization of AI-powered buyer engagement experiences across web and email channels

  • Translate customer business objectives into technical solution designs, conversational flows, segmentation strategies, qualification logic, and AI SDR goals

  • Consult with Enterprise Architects, RevOps teams, and technical administrators to establish scalable data models, integrations, governance, and operational best practices

  • Drive customer enablement by educating teams on agentic marketing strategies, AI SDR operations, inbound conversion optimization, and pipeline acceleration best practices

  • Analyze buyer engagement, conversion performance, pipeline impact, and adoption trends to deliver strategic recommendations and ongoing optimization plans

  • Conduct Executive Strategic Business Reviews (ESRs) and strategic roadmap discussions with customer stakeholders to demonstrate business impact and align on future growth opportunities

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to surface customer feedback, influence platform innovation, and improve implementation outcomes

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout their lifecycle, helping them maximize platform value, accelerate time-to-pipeline, and achieve measurable business outcomes

  • Support expansion and renewal conversations by identifying opportunities for deeper platform adoption and increased business impact

  • Stay at the forefront of AI-driven go-to-market innovation, bringing new ideas and industry best practices to customers and internal teams

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills

  • Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM

  • Working knowledge of marketing automation systems

  • Knowledge in web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution

  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple roles

  • You possess a bachelor's degree

  • Passion for making customers successful with software solutions
