Job description

Position Overview The Residential Parts Coordinator works closely with department members, sales representatives and dealers to compose estimates for parts. The position completes both quoting and ordering parts, as well as communicating with manufacturing, scheduling and shipping to make sure orders are processed as expediently as possible. Duties and ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls and emails from Quaker dealers and sales representatives needing partsPrepare estimates for parts for Quaker dealersEnter Incoming Parts Orders into Quaker's Q1 systemProcess Return Merchandise AuthorizationsCommunicate order updates as neededInvestigate Errors and Discrepancies in Parts ProvidedWork with Expediter for Residential Pack & Ship on rush ordersContinually Work to Grow Relationships with Quaker dealers and sales representatives Become Proficient in Quaker's Q1 Quote and Order PlatformBecome Proficient Regarding the Quaker Residential Window and Door Product LinesPrompt and regular attendance at an assigned work location. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
