Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quadient Developer to design, develop, test, and implement document composition and customer communication management solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform. This role is responsible for building and maintaining document generation workflows, designing templates, migrating legacy forms, optimizing document composition processes, and supporting enterprise communication initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Quadient Inspire Designer and related components, with strong experience in document composition, workflow development, template design, and migration projects. This position will also support platform enhancements, upgrades, and enterprise-scale document generation solutions.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days per week onsite. Onsite requirement will increase to four days per week beginning Summer 2026.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and implement document composition and customer communication management solutions using Quadient Inspire.
  • Develop and maintain document generation workflows utilizing Quadient Inspire Designer, Inspire Interactive, and related platform components.
  • Create, modify, and optimize document templates for business communications and customer-facing documents.
  • Design and configure master workflows supporting document creation, composition, approval, and distribution processes.
  • Analyze and optimize existing templates to improve performance, maintainability, and document quality.
  • Migrate forms, templates, and document assets from legacy systems to the Quadient Inspire platform.
  • Configure and support document generation processes across enterprise environments.
  • Participate in application enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and develop document solutions.
  • Provide guidance on platform architecture, environment setup, deployment processes, and tool configurations aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Ensure document solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document generation, template design, workflows, and platform integrations.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, document design standards, and customer communication technologies.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and support materials.
  • Support quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and production validation activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to document composition and communication management processes.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience designing and developing solutions using Quadient Inspire.

  • Experience developing and maintaining document composition workflows and communication management solutions.
  • Experience creating, modifying, testing, and optimizing document templates.

  • Knowledge of document generation, composition, formatting, and workflow design principles.
  • Experience with enterprise application development and packaged software solutions.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
