As Bridor continues investing heavily in the U.S. market through production expansion and strategic growth initiatives, one of the company’s key priorities is accelerating growth within QSR, fast-casual, and multi-unit chain restaurant accounts.

The Opportunity

Bridor is seeking a highly experienced National Account Manager to help drive growth and expand the company’s presence within the chain restaurant and QSR channel.

This is not a traditional account management role. We are looking for someone who understands the QSR space at a high level and can help shape Bridor’s strategy, approach, and long-term growth within the channel.

The ideal candidate has experience working with large national and regional restaurant organizations such as McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, Dunkin’, Tim Hortons, Panera, Wendy’s, Burger King, Sonic, Applebee’s, Chili’s, and similar operators. This person understands how to navigate culinary, procurement, innovation, and commercialization teams while managing complex sales cycles and strategic account development.

The right individual will bring strong industry relationships, credibility within the space, and the ability to help Bridor build a repeatable process for winning and growing chain restaurant business.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will play a key role in helping Bridor strengthen and expand its QSR and chain restaurant strategy by:

  • Identifying and developing target national and regional chain opportunities
  • Building relationships with culinary, procurement, innovation, and executive stakeholders
  • Leading strategic account development and penetration efforts
  • Managing involvement in RFP processes, commercialization initiatives, and product testing
  • Helping identify portfolio gaps and future product opportunities
  • Advising leadership on market dynamics, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategy
  • Supporting broker, distributor, and channel development efforts
  • Helping Bridor build stronger organizational capability within the QSR and chain restaurant space
What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven success selling into QSR, fast-casual, or multi-unit chain restaurant organizations
  • Experience managing regional and/or national chain accounts
  • Strong understanding of menu development, commercialization, and RFP processes
  • Existing industry relationships within major chain restaurant organizations
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with culinary, procurement, operations, and executive stakeholders
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to build and grow business from the ground up

Experience within bakery, bread, breakfast, sandwich carrier, or adjacent food categories is strongly preferred.

Why Join Bridor?

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing global organization making significant investments in the U.S. market. The role offers strong visibility within the organization and the chance to help shape Bridor’s growth strategy within one of its most important channels.

Bridor offers competitive compensation, annual bonus potential, monthly car allowance, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match, and long-term career growth opportunities.
