With a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence, we are seeking a dynamic District Manager to oversee the performance and management of our restaurants. This role is key to ensuring our success, both financially and operationally, as we continue to grow our franchise.

Position Summary:

As a District Manager for our franchisee corporation, you will be responsible for leading the operations of multiple QSR locations, ensuring each restaurant meets its financial, operational, and customer service goals. You will support restaurant managers in day-to-day operations, implement franchise and corporate policies, and drive strategic growth initiatives across your district. This position requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, franchise-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Operations: Oversee daily operations across multiple franchise locations, ensuring that all restaurants are operating according to corporate and franchisee standards, including food quality, safety, and customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and develop restaurant managers and their teams. Support them in achieving operational excellence, improving staff performance, and creating a positive work environment.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage district financials, including P&L, budgeting, and cost control. Implement strategies to maximize profitability while controlling labor, inventory, and other operating costs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all franchise and corporate standards, including health and safety regulations, brand consistency, and operational procedures.
  • Customer Experience: Uphold a high standard of customer service across all locations. Regularly assess customer feedback and implement necessary changes to improve the guest experience.
  • Franchisee-Corporate Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact between the franchisee and corporate office, ensuring alignment with broader franchise goals, and reporting performance metrics.
