Stubbe Case Management is seeking an experienced Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant (QRC) to join our growing Twin Cities, MN team.

A QRC is a vocational expert who assists an injured worker with the medical and rehabilitation aspects of a workers’ compensation claim. Our QRCs use their vocational and clinical knowledge, expertise, and leadership skills to partner with all stakeholders to facilitate a successful return to suitable gainful employment through the provision of Statutory Rehabilitation Services. 

This is hybrid position comprised of 2/3 field travel in the Twin Cities, MN metropolitan area and 1/3 work from your home office.

What You Will Need to Be Successful

· Current Registered Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant (QRC) with Minnesota Department of Labor & Industry is required.

· Computer proficiency and technical aptitude to use Microsoft Office and to learn a case management technology system.

· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

·  Aptitude for working both independently and within a team environment

·  An ability to advocate, educate, and be assertive to ensure the best possible result for the injured worker.

·  Strong time management skills, including being able to effectively prioritize and adapt to a dynamic, fluctuating case load. 


Compensation & Benefits:

Stubbe Case Management believes in supporting our employee owners’ well-being through our total compensation package offerings. These offerings include Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Accounts / Flexible Spending Accounts, Life and AD&D Insurance, Company Paid Short- & Long-Term Disability, 401(k), & an ESOP. Benefits eligibility subject to plan requirements. 


We utilize a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $70,000-$100,000 annually and includes eligibility to participate in a performance based bonus program. Your specific compensation offer will be based on a number of factors including your skillset, experience, qualifications, education, and overall fit for the role.


A $2,000 sign on bonus is also provided for this position.
