We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented QMS Coordinator to help keep our Quality Management System operating effectively across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordination, follow-through, communication, and maintaining momentum across multiple quality initiatives.

Youโ€™ll serve as a key connection point between the Quality Council, Process Owners, and Leadership teams to help ensure our QMS remains organized, audit-ready, and continuously improving.

???? What youโ€™ll do

  • Coordinate Quality Council meetings, agendas, meeting notes, and action item tracking
  • Facilitate Quality Trends meetings and track open issues through resolution
  • Maintain corrective action tracking systems and provide status updates to leadership
  • Support internal and external audit activities and track findings to closure
  • Manage document control activities including revisions, approvals, and version control
  • Coordinate inspection processes and assist with non-conforming material disposition
  • Support quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting processes
  • Prepare materials and documentation for management reviews
  • Maintain training records and compliance documentation
  • Partner cross-functionally to support ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement efforts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
