  • Follow and refine Binocs’ proven implementation methodology, balancing structure with flexibility to meet unique client needs.

Analyze and Understand Business Processes:

  • Dive deep into the operational workflows of laboratories and supply chains, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity with business-savvy Binocs configuration
  • With the internal team, translate business challenges into actionable Binocs solutions that align with the customer’s goals.

Engage and Educate Client Stakeholders:

  • Conduct workshops to align diverse client teams on project objectives and priorities.
  • Clearly communicate project plans, design choices, and implementation risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Design and Configure Solutions:

  • Perform hand-on configuration, adapting Binocs to fit complex customer requirements.
  • Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure high-quality deployments.

Facilitate Change Management:

  • Lead customer teams through onboarding and adoption processes, ensuring they are equipped to maximize Binocs' potential in their day-to-day operations.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to enable self-sufficient customer teams.

Drive Continuous Improvement:

  • Gather customer feedback to improve Binocs implementations and contribute to product innovation.
  • Proactively identify areas where Binocs can provide additional value to customers.

What You’ll Achieve in the First 12 Months

  • Achieve Binocs Expert Certification: Complete the Binocs Expert Certification Track within your first 6 weeks, equipping you to deliver confident, expert-level guidance to customers during implementations.
  • Deliver Your First End-to-End Implementation: Lead your first full implementation project, including workshops, configuration, and project management. Successfully transition the customer from their current way of working to an optimized Binocs-enabled process.
  • Guide Customers to Operational Excellence: Enable customers to unlock the full potential of Binocs’ features, such as AI-enhanced scheduling, workload leveling, and dynamic forecasting, by tailoring configurations to their specific needs.
  • Facilitate Seamless Integrations: Support customers in integrating Binocs with their existing systems (LIMS, ERP, QMS, etc.), ensuring a smooth data flow and full alignment with their workflows.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their needs, anticipate challenges, and deliver measurable outcomes such as reduced turnaround times or optimized resource allocation.
  • Lead Multiple Projects Simultaneously: Manage up to two active implementation projects at any given time, balancing competing priorities and delivering high-quality results within defined timelines.
  • Develop Repeatable Best Practices: Contribute to the continuous improvement of Binocs’ implementation methodology by capturing lessons learned, refining processes, and creating tools that streamline future projects.
  • Drive Customer Success Post-Implementation: Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth handoff, tracking early adoption metrics, and addressing any post-implementation challenges to maximize value realization for customers.
