Title: CMS QE Automation Expert
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
We are seeking a CMS QE Automation Expert to design, build, and execute automated testing solutions
for content management platforms (CMS/AEM) and their supporting APIs. The ideal candidate combines
strong Java-based test automation skills with hands-on CMS/AEM functional knowledge to ensure
content publishing workflows, integrations, and APIs are robust, scalable, and release-ready.

Key Responsibilities:
. Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for CMS platforms, specifically Adobe
Experience Manager (AEM).
· Build and execute API automation test suites (REST/SOAP) to validate content services,
integrations, and backend workflows.
· Develop robust, reusable test automation scripts using Java and industry-standard frameworks
(Selenium, RestAssured, TestNG/JUnit).
· Validate CMS content authoring, publishing, workflows, templates, and component-level
functionality across environments (Dev/QA/Staging/Prod).
· Test integrations between CMS/AEM and downstream/upstream systems (DAM,
personalization engines, third-party APIs, microservices)
· Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for CMS-driven web applications.
· Validate content rendering, versioning, workflow approvals, and multi-site/multi-locale content
delivery.
. Collaborate with developers, content authors, and DevOps teams to identify defects early and
ensure quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.
· Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) for
continuous regression coverage.
· Perform API contract testing, schema validation, and negative/edge-case testing for CMS-
exposed services.
· Log, track, and manage defects through resolution; produce clear test reports and release-
readiness summaries.
· Contribute to test strategy, test plan creation, and continuous improvement of QE automation
practices for CMS platforms.

Required Qualifications:
· 5+years of QA/Test Automation experience, with hands-on CMS/AEM testing
experience (mandatory).
. Strong proficiency in Java for building test automation frameworks.
· Solid experience in API automation testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like RestAssured.
Postman, or SoapUI.
· Experience with automation frameworks: Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, Cucumber/BDD
(a plus).
· Working knowledge of AEM architecture - components, templates, workflows, dispatcher,
content fragments, and author/publish instances.
. Experience testing content authoring, publishing pipelines, and multi-channel content delivery.
. Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). . Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, XML, and web service protocols.
· Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
· Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
