The Qapi Manager focuses on leading and managing quality assurance and performance improvement programs across healthcare organizations, while the Clinical Quality Coordinator supports clinical quality initiatives at the departmental level. Leads daily nursing operations. Resource for residents, family and staff with questions or concerns regarding resident care that cannot be answered by the direct service staff. Collaborates closely with the Director of Nursing and Resident Life Coordinator to ensure that resident needs and preferences for clinical care and a meaningful daily routine are integrated and met, and a culture of engagement is nurtured and upheld.
