Job Summary:
As the Clinic Nurse Manager, you'll lead the clinical team with independence, clarity, and purpose. You'll oversee all clinical disciplines within the Center and ensure that care delivery runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational goals. This role calls for quick thinking, direct communication, and strong follow-through. You'll troubleshoot problems, guide staff, and make rapid decisions to keep care moving without delay.
This position is ideal for someone who is task-focused, assertive, and comfortable steering a busy, fast-changing environment. You'll set the tone, delegate details, and ensure the clinic operates with consistency, safety, and high standards of care.
Schedule:
First shift, full-time hours. Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all clinical disciplines within the Center.
  • Direct day-to-day clinic operations and ensure effective coordination across the care team.
  • Oversee care planning, assessments, and implementation of services.
  • Identify issues quickly, analyze situations, and provide timely solutions.
  • Communicate directly with staff, leadership, and external partners to maintain clinic quality and performance.
  • Support preparation for daily meetings, family conferences, and interdisciplinary discussions.
  • Coordinate clinical activities for new enrollees and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
  • Work closely with the Center Manager, QAPI Manager, and Training and Compliance Officer to support audits, reporting, and Plans of Correction.
  • Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives with a focus on results.
  • Provide training, coaching, and direction to clinical staff.
  • Delegate tasks clearly while maintaining oversight of outcomes.
  • Provide RN coverage or on-call support when needed and within licensing requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • The Clinic Nurse Manager oversees clinical disciplines within the Center, including RNs, Medical Records, and Clinic Assistants.

Education and Experience:
  • Current state license to practice nursing.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • One year of experience working with the frail or elderly population, or willingness to complete training
  • Experience supervising teams or leading clinical workflows.

  • Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to drive a motor vehicle.
  • Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours.
